Very pleased with the service Harry, and his team provided. I brought my Mazdas in for recalls & firware update.
They did any routine inspection, and recommended some work to be done. Besides that they we're honest, and didn't take advantage of my mechanical knowledge. He was professional, yet personable at the same time, and went above and beyond to accommodate/help make the entire purchase process go as incredible as it did! We had a great experience buying from these folks. We had done research online and said we wanted to compare two models. When we arrived, they were both parked next to each other out front, freshly washed. The salesman started by explaining and showing the differences between the models, then accompanied us, patiently, on two test drives, then a repeat to verify our pick. No BS on the pricing -- they have a no-haggle policy.
They wanted our used car; we said we were planning to sell to CarMax down the street. They said go get a price from them and they'll meet it less some small fee. They did.
